Chipotle Mexican Grill

Guys I keep ordering chicken bowl and I get a veggie bowl every time, either get bigger spoons for the chicken or put more. Thank you.

Will not be returning because of the disgusting rude attitude of the “manager” or whatever title is given to the lady with black hair at this location. Customer service is obviously not a priority at this location.

The girl working at 9pm is rude, she is rushing the people even if there's no waiting line, why do you rush them ? she put a very small amount of meat, beans and rice in bowls. I will never come back to this location

We always order to go. Very effecient crew behind the counter. Bowls are our favorites and you get the ingredients you want and the quantity of them too!

Chipotle food is good. The burrito steak bowl is my favorite. Must come at least 4x a year.

I usually don’t do this but this time they deserve it, I love chipotle, their food is good but this chipotle in Schaumburg is afoul, their staff is super rude and I think I little racist, man if you don’t like your job find another one, find one that makes you happy, never coming back to that chipotle..!

Very elegant and welcoming place. They offer generous portions and for fair prices. I loved the menu a lot and the waiters were super welcoming and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this place.

Horrible experience. Food was cold. Staff rude. Did not pick up the phone before I picked up my online order either and were sitting around talking while I heard the phone ringing in the background.

Love Chipotle! Tonight's experience went well but hope all locations have ALL employees know how to properly roll a burrito or assemble a presentable amount for bowls. Always a pleasure to fulfill the crave.

I tried their new queso and I didn't like it. It was bland and all I could taste was the heat from the peppers, which was too hot. And the texture reminded me of generic nacho cheese. The old queso was much better in my opinion and seemed much more natural and flavorful. I would give the queso one star but the rest of my experience was fine.

We met with friends at this spot for dinner. This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff were very polite and we felt very good. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Walked into this store to place an order. Was told by Caroline I needed a mask which is understandable. Came back to the restaurant and had my face covered but Carolina still refuses to serve. I took my business to another restaurant which delightfully accepted it.

I like to see if there is a bowl option instead of getting a whole burrito good food you choose what you want in it fast stop for lunch

Can’t believe I’m writing a review for a Chipotle, but damn that burrito hit the spot. The young lady at the counter was friendly, and didn’t go over the top (or too little) on any of the fillings, and it made for a delicious burrito. Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed, so I figured I should say something.

Lower than average Chipotle place! The dining area was dirty and was not kept clean. There was no naphkin, spoons etc...it was around 3 pm and you can't find these stuffs even at that hour and definitely not busy hrs. Right in front of our eyes , they filled black bean in the container but it was overflowing all around the edges and not clean at all.

Buyer beware. This Chipotle store has made me avoid using the Chipotle app. This particular Chipotle store doesn't get orders correct, their messy, use old ingredients with deliveries and don't answer the phone. I ordered several times and each time I though it was a one off - people make mistakes. This Chipotle has a chronic quality control problem... When they get the order right - that's a big if - You will pay for messy wrapping, old avocado, old ingredients and on top of it... it will be cold.

My Ukrainian wife has discovered Chipotle fresh flavors and she can’t get enough! Less cooking at home and more chipotle meals! Hey works for me.

We arrived at this spot for dinner. we heard about this restaurant from a lot of people. Well, we were not disappointed. we were warmly welcomed by the staff members and we felt very good. The meal was great. We enjoyed every moment and we shall absolutely come back again. Highly recommended.

Fast good fresh food

Very nice and welcoming experience. First time here and the manager and Jaz took the time to explain everything to us. Thank you for your patience and great attitude. Loved the bowl concep. Complete meal! Definitely coming back.

I'm only giving 5 stars because the customer service was great. If I could rate how stressed ALL the staff looked from the cooks to the service line IT probably would be something like 😲😲😲 I have to throw some shade at upper level management and let them know that they need to throw some more help to the staff. Especially when your trying to achieve high standards with your food and service. The line was almost to the door and an extra hand or too cant hurt the fiscal that bad. As for the food....it's great and fresh. Large bag of chips and fresh guacamole is a must!! Enjoy

I will never use the app to order again. My order barely had any rice or bean. I asked for extra steak didnt get it. For what I payed I should get what I want

I ordered lunch for delivery yesterday. They did not deliver a fork, knife or napkins. I work outside and had no utensils to eat a burrito bowl. I could not eat lunch and it ruined my whole day

There is there is never a long wait in this establishment. The workers are very friendly and want to make sure you get what you ordered.

This is the 3rd time this year I order here, and the order online goes thru. I come pick it up and the restaurant employee states my order never made it, and is not ready. SMH Waste of time, money and gas. Also waste of time having to call to get my money back for an order that never existed or was made. Basically if you wanna eat this food you need to come and order or make it yourself.

Ordered online, wrong order was delivered. Manager says "not her problem". Didn't get a refund for the order, so I paid for an order I never got. Hope you appreciated my donation.

The place offers an awesome range of fresh food. I love dining here. Employees are always super nice, rates are convenient and the spot is always kept clean.

Usually the food is excellent in flavor, quantity, temperature. However, today the brown rice was hard and not cooked enough. Also, the barbacoa meat had 4 pieces of fat, one being large and a 1 1/2" piece of blood vein. Of all meat placed in the bowl, 70% was fat, 30% was actual beef. I won't order the beef again.

My daughter loves this place... This location was very clean, friendly and the food was VERY fresh!

My son loves chipotle fast service for him great food. however, I feel that the building needs a little bit more of cleaning.
